QUESTION:

I need clarification for my brother.

The problem is: He has got married since 10 years and the couple are not able to conceive yet. As per the medical reports the findings show that the sperms are weak and die before entering the womb to fertilize the eggs of his wife. Doctors have advised them to go for artificial insemination, wherein the sperms will be directly placed in the womb through injections, and they can achieve the pregnancy. Please advise if this process of artificial insemination is Halaal in Islam. If not then please advice the possible way for the couple to achieve pregnancy.

Do I have a right to seek these records

QUESTION:

I have a question regarding my rights under Shariah as a husband. I recently asked my wife to provide me with her telephone records as well as her bank statements for the past five years. I also offered her the same from my end for a longer duration of time. 10 years worth of bank statements and as far back as I have records for where the telepone bills are concerned.

We got married on a certain date. She said that she would provide me with phone records from that date onwards and records before that date were none of my business!

From my point of view I did get married to her on that particular date. But I interacted with her for a a couple of months prior to that. I have found her statements to be untrue on at least three ocassions where she has accepted them as being false. Thus my decision to marry her was based on what she told me during this period. I would just like to satisfy myself by going through these records and reconcile her statements made to me with the facts.

Quraanic verses to get married

QUESTION:

My problem is that I am unmarried and facing great difficulty in getting married. My mother is very worried due to this reason. Very few proposals come due to my increased age i.e. 32 and don’t come second time and no progress is seen. I request you to please suggest me the Quranic verses/surahs or any other Islamic zilkar to get married soon as there is solution of every problem in Quran. Also tell me how the JAIZ dua is accepted?
