QUESTION:

Please assist me as I am very concerned and distraught about my sister.
I have found out that my sister has made Nikah to a Muslim man, but she has done this without our knowledge and my parents consent, my parents do not know as yet as I am scared to tell my mother as she disapproves of this man.
The man she has claimed to marry was someone who was studying to become an Aalim….he completed 6 years and then dropped out in his final year from the institution in Newcastle as he felt that he was forced into becoming an Aalim and that it was not for him….this he said after 6 years of studying.

Zakaat on inheritence money

QUESTION:

How should Zakaat be calculated on inheritance money which one receives. The money was only received several years after the deceased had passed away. Should it be calculated from the day that the deceased passed away or from the time the money was received? Will there be a difference if the estate was wound up immediately upon death or if it was wound up a few years later?

Qaza Fasts

QUESTION:

I would like to know if I have to make Qaza of fasts that I kept and then broke in the month of Ramadan. I am 60 years of age and unable to fast because of having sugar. For many years I had sugar and unable to fast, but sometimes I fast in the month of Ramadan and on some occasions I am not able to complete the fast. Due to having sugar is fasting Faraaz on me? Will I have to make Qaza of the fasts which I broke?

QUESTION:

As salamu alaykum,

I have found the following narration in a book:
Aishah (radiAllahu anha) said that the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi was sallam) did not lie down to introduce a sunnah but he lied down to rest and fight tiredness so that he could offer Fajr prayer attentively (Musannaf Abdurrazzaq 3/43)

May question is this report sahih and please can you cite the original text.
