If an item is gold in colour (i.e. it is not real gold) it will be permissible for men to wearit.
It is permissible for men to wear a silver ring which is up to 4.4grams.
From the lives of the Rasoolullah (S.A.W) and the Sahaabah (R.A) it is established that men may wear a silver ring. No other jewellery was worn by them. Therefore, it will not be correct for men wear any jewellery other than a ring.
