kissing the Quraan

QUESTION:

When a people stars to recite the Holy Qur’aan, they always start by kissing the Qur’aan and then placing the Qur’aan on their heads (or foreheads). I know that kissing the Qur’aan could indicate to love of the Qur’aan, but what I cannot comprehend is why is the Qur’aan place on the head (or foreheads).

Is there any Hadith which proves kissing the Qur’aan? And is there any Hadith which proves that one should place the Qur’aan on the head or fore head?
If there is Hadith to prove the above, then in there any sin carrying out these actions, or will this action be regarded as Bidaat.

Salaam In Salaah

QUESTION:

If one prays behind the imaam, and after the imaam has finished both taslims the congragation gives the taslim to both sides (this is the custom method in the masjid i am going thus i also follow this) If after the imaams both taslims, I do give taslim to the rightside and then to the leftside, but i do repeat the taslim to the left side (because of a doubt that i didnt hear myself saying a small portion of the taslim).
Did this break my salaat ? Did i had to do sajdah sahw or what did i had to do ? Or is my salaat complete. I didnt repeat it, if i have to repeat it when must i repeat, is this after 5 salaat times are past away since the the order is waived and the salaats after the salaah which has to be repeated are then valid and no need to repeat those salaats also ?In such case is there a circumstantion that the taslim to leftside is considered delayed and thus must be sajdah sahw ? Or does it not so count since i did it because of a doubt ? In case that the first taslim i thought to be not heard a portion of it, was done correctly, does the addition of the repeating change anything, or is it not to be considered dince i am then already out of salaah and nothing matters what i do say after the taslim to the leftside ?

QUESTION:

Is it permissible to watch T.V (television)? I have been told that it will be permissible to watch T.V as long as what you watching is not unlawful. Is it Haraam or Makrooh?
If one only uses the T.V for his children to watch cartoons, will this be permissible?
If one has already bought a T.V set what should he do with it? Can he sell and use the money as he wishes or should that money be given to charity.
If a person sells T.V’s in his business, will his earning be Halaal?

Who must interest be given to?
Can traffic fines be paid with interest?
Can employee bonus be paid with interest?
If an employee or any other person want a loan, can it be given with interest?
If someone lays a false claim on you for damaged property, which you have not damaged, can it be paid with interest?
