Should one recite Tasmiyah after Surah Fatiha

Question:
Should one recite Tasmiyah after Surah Fatiha (i.e. before reciting a Surah) in Salaah?

Answer:

There is a difference of opinion weather one should recite Tasmiyah after reciting Surah Fatiha or not. On this matter ML Aziz- ur- Rahman has given preference to recite the Tasmiyah. (Fataawa Darul Uloom Deoband vol.2 pg.178)
