QUESTION:
If a women separate from his husband, since 8 years they never meet, no communication between them, after nine years the husband give the talaaq, Is there 3 months of Iddah?
ANSWER:Yes, After Talaaq there is Iddah for a period of three menses; if she does not experience menses then the Idaah will be for three months
