If the direction of the Qiblah is known while travelling In a bus and Salaah can be performed properly ensuring the direction of the Qiblah throughout the Salaah, then Salaah can be performed in this manner and it will be considered that the Salaah is fulfilled. If it is not possible to perform Salaah with all the conditions necessary while travelling in a bus then Nafl Salaah can be performed in any manner, however it would not be correct to perform Fardh Salaah in this manner, except that one fears that he might miss a Salaah so he can perform his Fardh Salaah in any possible manner and when he reaches his destination he should make Qadhaa of that Salaah to absolve himself of the responsibility of performing Salaah.
