QUESTION:
Is it permissible to purchase a property with a bank as a tenant. Is it permissible to utilise the rental income ?
ANSWER
It is permissible to purchase a property with a bank as the tenant and it is permissible to utilise the money from rental income. This is if it is in a non-Muslim state and the bank is also non-Muslim owned.
The disbelievers are not addressed with the laws of Shar?’ah in their country. The laws of permissibility and impermissibility according to the demands of Shar?’ah are not connected to the wealth of the non-muslims
