If during wudhu when washing the feets for example when hits a nail of the finger of the hand to the wall or something else (such as the sharp end of the watercrane) which does scrape of a layer of his nail or skin does he need to re-start his wudhu ?

If a dog bite a trouser and left it wet and then this trouser put with a pile of other clean clothes, is that made all this pile of clothes dirty (Nagisah)and need purify by soil and water as hadith said?? if someone washed trouser which is (Nagis) dirty by water and soap only in the washing machine with other clothes not dirty (nagisah), is that make all clothes dirty (nagisah) and need to purified again with soil and water as hadith said or washing machine enough?
QUESTION:
A person is a Ma’dhur in Wudhu. When Maghrib time enters the person takes wudhu and prays Maghrib after this he gets at least the excuse once. Then a naqis occurs (his wudhu is now offcially broken). Then 10 minutes before Isha he makes Wudhu and prays Isha and no excuse or other naqis happens in between his taking wudhu and praying. After Isha he gets the excuse again.
In this case is his Isha valid?
Is it obligatory/sunnah or mustahab to wash the inner corners of the eyes when doing Wudhu?
