Using non- Muslim names

QUESTION:

my question is that when a man chats on the internet with someone and the person on the other end asks him his name, he replies with a non-Muslim name to hide his identity, does this constitute kufr ( Note; there was no intention of Kufr) if it does constitute kufr then what has to be done? QUESTION:

If a dog bite a trouser and left it wet and then this trouser put with a pile of other clean clothes, is that made all this pile of clothes dirty (Nagisah)and need purify by soil and water as hadith said?? if someone washed trouser which is (Nagis) dirty by water and soap only in the washing machine with other clothes not dirty (nagisah), is that make all clothes dirty (nagisah) and need to purified again with soil and water as hadith said or washing machine enough?

Validility of Nikah

QUESTION:

Please assist me as I am very concerned and distraught about my sister.
I have found out that my sister has made Nikah to a Muslim man, but she has done this without our knowledge and my parents consent, my parents do not know as yet as I am scared to tell my mother as she disapproves of this man.
The man she has claimed to marry was someone who was studying to become an Aalim….he completed 6 years and then dropped out in his final year from the institution in Newcastle as he felt that he was forced into becoming an Aalim and that it was not for him….this he said after 6 years of studying.
