Perorming Sunaah Salaah before Azaan

QUESTION:

If a person enters the Masjud before the Azaan is called out, will it be correct for him to perform the Sunnats before the Azaan is given. For example a person enters the Masjud before the Azaan of Fajr and wishes to perform the Sunnats of Fajr. Is this correct because I notice that there is Anaalim in our town who performs 2 Rakaat of Salaah before the Azaan is given and does not perform the Sunnats of Fajr after the Azaan is given. I assume that he is performing his Sunnat Salah when he enters the Masjud. Is it correct to do so?

Is it permissible to make Sajdah Tilaawit after one has performed his/her Asr Salaah. i.e If one is reciting Quraan After Asr Salaah and he reads an Aayit of Sajdah. In this case should the person make the Sajdah after reading the or should he make the Sajdah when it is permissible to perform Salaah?

Is there a Hadeeth saying that Bilaal r.a will be holding the reins of Nabi S.A.W. Camel thus entering Jannah first or is it a commentary that the Ulema give when the question arises…”How can a Ummati enter Jannah before a Nabi?”

Is the rent I recieve Halaal

QUESTION:

We currently have a theatre adjacent to our property and the only means of entering this complex is via our filling station driveway. We entered into an agreement with the theatre complex allowing their patrons access to the venue via our property. The parking booms for the complex is situated on our property and hence, we receive a financial contribution from them on a monthly basis. The actual parking bays for the theatre complex is housed within a building which is independent from us but to re-iterate this parking facility cannot be entered into without driving through our property. We also operate a carwash facility together with a workshop and both these operations entrance is through the same booms.
